“I was picked up on time by my driver who drove us to the hot air balloon site - I was given advanced confirmation over text of the pick up time and what car was coming to collect me - I had a wonderful once in a life time experience as the balloon took off and saw a perfect sunrise. Our pilot made us feel very safe and comfortable in how the balloon would take off and land and what we would see. It was a very well organised day - as we landed we were immediately met with a van to take us back to the take off site…”
