“Very professional company with excellent pre and post tour communications - This was really appreciated as IST can be quite hectic and the communication on WhatsAPP was very reassuring. The pick up was perfectly on time (way too early for me, but is what it is!) and upon arrival to Keysari airport I was picked up promptly and dropped at a tour office to wait 30 mins. Then went to pick up at a few hotels before the tour started. This is common consolidation on tours so expect to not start the tour immediately. The tour itself hit the sites and was interesting. The guide unfortunately spoke way too fast…”

“We were greeted with snow and didn’t get to do the balloon ride. Despite the change in weather, we still had an amazing time! Our guide Mustafa is the best, very patient, knowledgeable and he was very attentive to all details. He took us to amazing spots to see and take pictures. The last restaurant was superb! Hanimeli it’s called. We will be back one day for the balloons! Thank you Mustafa for making our trip memorable. Viator is always on top of things, kept us very informed the whole time.”

“Cappadocia is a very nice place to visit. A little hilly (and hot even this time of the year), but nonetheless interesting place. Unfortunately, my hot-balloon air ride didnt happen because of the wind gusts; however, i did get a refund! Silme (sp?) is very enthusiastic and passionate about sharing the history and information of each place we visited. Overall a great experience! I don't recommend wearing shoes you don't want to get "dirty" haha!”
