“The staff on the boat were superb but as a whole we were very disappointed with many aspects of the trip. We opted for the 5 nights 6 days cruise with balloon. unfortunately the weather was not with us for the balloon ride. I asked if we could rebook the balloon with them the following week when we returned to Luxor. They said this was not an option they would refund $80usd. That's not enough for us to rebook a balloon ourselves, despite 2 requests the funds have not yet been returned to us. 2 weeks wait so far.
