“I would not recommend booking this trip - instead book the one with optional balloon ride. I paid significantly more for the balloon ride (almost $350 PP over the regular 2 day tour) but the balloon ride was cancelled that day (apparently happens often) and viator only refunded s $109 per person stating that that was how much the balloon company charges them. It was like if I return a $50 shirt to a store but the store refunds only $10 saying that is how much it cost them from the manufacturer. It felt like a huge rip off. .”
