“Outside of the vendors control the ride was canceled- I’m guessing due to wind conditions. The communication leading up to the event was great but not the day of. While the ride being cancelled was disappointing, it was the lack of communication that made it frustrating. I was picked up at 0335. We received very few updates about the status of the ride and then it was canceled- they had no spaces to reserve the next day so I missed the experience entirely.
