“The baloon itself was great! However due to the wind we took off an hour after the sunrise, so it took a bit from the overall experience. I specifically booked this experience ballon with pickup and breakfast ( no piramids sightseeing) as we were cocious of time and this experience was advertised as 3-8 hours. However when I asked a night before leaving it turned out to be 10 hours after we return (2pm) which was not acceptable to me due to flight departure. It turned out that after breakfast they take you to two additional places ( not described in the offer...) So in the end I had to…”

“This was a wonderful experience. Our driver picked us up after 4:30am at our apartment in the Roma neighborhood of Mexico City and drove us to the Nuevo Cielo facility near the pyramids. There, we received friendly and efficient service from the staff. Our balloon pilot was great, and we had the benefit of being in a small basket with only 4 visitors total. The views were terrific! Afterwards, we had a fun sit-down breakfast (not a buffet) in a cave, plus plenty of time to walk around the pyramids. Finally, our driver took us back to our apartment in Mexico City. A great all around experience!”
